Building Surveyor - Buckinghamshire

The Company: Established in 2012, the firm is a boutique, chartered Building Surveying Consultancy dedicated to delivering high-calibre commercial property solutions for both owners and occupiers.

‍The company was co-founded by two former Partners of a prominent London-based consultancy. Driven by a shared vision, they set out to establish a highly personable practice, one that prioritises exceptional care, genuine relationships, and the well-being of both clients and staff.

‍The team operates from a modern, self-owned office in Buckinghamshire which they even fitted out themselves!

‍The consultancy pride themselves on cultivating an inclusive environment where unique opportunities are accessible to everyone. For those who work hard the sky really is the limit.

The Role: They are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Building Surveyor to become the newest addition to their close-knit team.

‍This role offers a fantastic balance of autonomy and support, focusing on high-quality project delivery across multiple sectors.

‍The majority of the work is centred across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas, with most sites located within a convenient two-hour drive of the office.

‍You will be delivering projects across the commercial office & industrial sectors, project values ranging up to £10M. However, they also work on a variety of other sectors.

‍Flexible working is also offered. However, they do prefer having staff in the office as it allows everyone to work as team & means they can offer sufficient mentorship/guidance where needed.
