The Role: As Building Surveyor, you will work across a variety of affordable housing & private residential projects across London and the South.

‍Values range between £100k - £100M.

Office Location: South London

Head Count: 150+

Project Sectors: Affordable Housing & Private Residential

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

  • Membership of RICS (or working towards this)

  • Excellent time management

  • Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

  • Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

  • Able to work individually or in a team

  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

  • Good business development skills
