Director (BS) - Central London (Marylebone)

The Client: Established back in 1951 and now operating across eight offices throughout the UK. This client likes to think of themselves as one of the last Partner owned SME consultancies left in an ever-changing corporate world!

The Role: You will be taking a lead role in managing a high performing Building Surveying department comprised of 66 surveyors that contributed to £8M of the whole company turnover last year.

They are looking for an ambitious business minded individual, capable of taking a lead role in BD, delivery, strategy and managing/mentoring. Having existing work/clients that you can bring with you is highly desirable!

They are flexible on your background as they work across all sectors of the built environment and always like to look at this as an opportunity to potentially grow the business.

 

Office Location: Central London (Marylebone)

Head Count: 200+

Project Sectors: Commercial, Retail, Heritage & Residential

 

Requirements for the Director (BS):

  • 7+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy

  • BD experience/strong client contacts (ideally)

  • MRICS qualified

  • JCT Contract Administration

  • Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
