Senior Building Surveyor - Central London

The Role: They are looking for a self-motivated, conscientious and eloquent Senior Building Surveyor to join them and play a formative role in continuing their successful delivery of project & technical consultancy.

Ideally, you will have Building Surveying/Project Management experience in the UK across the full skillset including:
Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator
Project delivery
Project monitoring
Full range of building consultancy services including Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Defects Analysis, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Party Walls & Neighbourly Matters and Dilapidations.
Project values range between £500K - £20M.

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:
Chartered or ambition to become qualified (MRICS)
Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline
5+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
JCT Contract Administration
Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
Excellent core building surveying and project management skills
Switched on attitude with a positive work ethic
