‍The Role: They are seeking a self-motivated, conscientious and eloquent Senior Building Surveyor to join them and play a formative role in continuing their successful delivery of project & technical consultancy.

‍You will be dealing with a wide range of building surveying work including:

  • ‍Pre-acquisition surveys for all types of properties

  • Dilapidations

  • Administration building contracts

  • CDM

  • Party walls

  • Licences to alter

‍Project values range between £50K - £2M.

‍

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS Chartered (essential)

  • Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

  • 5+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)

  • JCT Contract Administration

  • Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)

  • Excellent core building surveying skills

  • Switched on attitude with a positive work ethic
