The Role: The company is looking to hire an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Project Manager to join its Central London team.
The successful candidate will work on various education and public-sector projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, with typical project values between £1M - £10M.
This role requires confidence in supporting the project management team to deliver construction projects from start to finish, especially for education sector initiatives.
Previous experience in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying is highly preferred. The company welcomes candidates currently in these fields who want to transition into a Project Management role.

Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:
Degree qualified (within a construction related discipline)
1-3 years industry experience (ideally within a consultancy environment)
Previous QS OR BS experience is favourable
Excellent time management
Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required
Able to work individually or in a team
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
