Project Director - Central London (London Bridge)

The Role: As Project Director, you will work across a variety of commercial office projects throughout Central London.

Values range between £10M - £211M.

There is flexibility on which specific projects you will be working on. This is decided through your preference, experience and skill set during the interview process.

Project Sectors: Commercial Offices, Corporate Occupier and Mixed-Use

 

Requirements for the Project Director:

  • 6+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy

  • MRICS/MCIOB qualified (ideally)

  • Extensive client-facing experience

  • JCT Contract Administration

  • Managing and mentoring teams

  • Experience in commercial offices
