The Role: As Project Manager/Employers Agent, you will work across a variety of theatres, affordable housing, private residential, leisure and education projects across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Values range between £20M - £500M.

Requirements for the Project Manager/Employers Agent:
2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to attain
Client-facing experience
Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration
Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
