Senior OR Associate Project Manager (Data Centres) - Central London

The Role: As Senior/Associate Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of projects while working with more experienced colleagues to manage strategic matters - specifically within the Data Centre team.

You will be involved across a number of DC projects, with locations ranging from Buckinghamshire to Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate will be site-based in West London for two days a week and must be comfortable with travel requirements.

Requirements for the Senior/Associate Project Manager:

  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (essential)

  • Minimum of two years’ Data Centre experience (preferred)

  • Preferably hold a professional accreditation in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM etc)

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage, lead and support less experienced colleagues

  • Evidence the capability to identify and pursue, with support, new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals

  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for clients

  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development of self and others
