The Role: They are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support a diverse range of projects across London and the wider UK.
The immediate requirements involve contract values ranging from £7M to £10M. These projects are for long-standing clients within the healthcare, retail, commercial, and residential sectors, offering the successful candidate a broad range of industry exposure!

Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
1+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
JCT Contract Administration & FIDIC (desirable)
Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
Strong client-facing skills
