Associate Quantity Surveyor - Central London (Holborn)

The Role: As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to lead on a variety of exciting projects, with project values ranging from £1M - £130M.
Within this role, you will be reporting directly to one of their Board Partners, supporting them with the day-to-day management of the team.
Essentially, they are looking for a highly skilled & passionate individual who is motivated in joining a high performing business that’s on the climb!
There is scope for future equity. As an Employee Ownership Trust, they like to retain & progress staff all the way to Partner.

Project Sectors: Commercial Fit-Out, Commercial Offices, Residential, Education
Requirements for the Associate Quantity Surveyor:
7+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
MRICS chartered
JCT Contract Administration
Experience in one of their listed sectors
Previous BD experience is favourable (but not essential)
