The Role: They are seeking a highly talented & motivated Cost Consultant to lead & manage on an array of exciting projects!

  • You will be working alongside an Associate Director to successfully deliver cost management duties.

  • You will build a rapport with clients, attending meetings and speaking on behalf of the company, acting as the main contact.

  • The role with cover the entire project lifecycle, from preparing feasibility estimates to final account settlements.

  • You will help grow the business through collaborative relationships with their existing and potential new clients.

  • Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and prepare reports in line with clients’ own reporting procedures and governance.

  • Manage contract change effectively, price and agree contract variations with contractors.

  • Undertake valuations of construction work.

  • Provide commercial knowledge and guidance to clients.

Office Location: Central London (Cannon Street)

Requirements for the Cost Consultant:

  • Good knowledge of the construction industry.

  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel as well as the wider MS software of programmes

  • Collaborative approach to projects and the ability to delegate tasks to junior staff efficiently

  • Competent user of CAD Measure.

  • Good communication skills.

  • A flexible attitude and self-motivated.
