The Role: They are seeking a highly talented & motivated Cost Consultant to lead & manage on an array of exciting projects!
You will be working alongside an Associate Director to successfully deliver cost management duties.
You will build a rapport with clients, attending meetings and speaking on behalf of the company, acting as the main contact.
The role with cover the entire project lifecycle, from preparing feasibility estimates to final account settlements.
You will help grow the business through collaborative relationships with their existing and potential new clients.
Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and prepare reports in line with clients’ own reporting procedures and governance.
Manage contract change effectively, price and agree contract variations with contractors.
Undertake valuations of construction work.
Provide commercial knowledge and guidance to clients.
Office Location: Central London (Cannon Street)

Requirements for the Cost Consultant:
Good knowledge of the construction industry.
Competent user of Microsoft Excel as well as the wider MS software of programmes
Collaborative approach to projects and the ability to delegate tasks to junior staff efficiently
Competent user of CAD Measure.
Good communication skills.
A flexible attitude and self-motivated.
