Project Surveyor - Central London (Liverpool Street)

The Client: A personable, niche consultancy, located in Central London with a focus on adding value to their projects & clients.

The company was founded by two Partners who recently left one of the most respected consultancies in the industry, with one of them previously holding a 15% ownership stake in that company!

Their distinctive business model is driven by repeat engagements and referrals from long-standing blue-chip clients, reflecting the strong relationships they’ve cultivated over many years. They are also in advanced discussions regarding a significant £600M scheme anticipated for 2026!

Excitingly, they also have plans to intentionally cap their growth at 20-30 people to maintain their 'best-in-class’ status and foster a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Role: As Project Surveyor, you will be assisting the management of a diverse portfolio of challenging projects across Central London and the surrounding areas.

You will be delivering high-value refurbishment and new-build schemes for their blue-chip clients, with project values ranging from £10M to over £600M. Your work will span both the residential and commercial sectors.
