Quantity Surveyor - Central London (Westminster)
The Role: My client, a mid-sized Property & Construction Consultancy are looking for an eager Quantity Surveyor to be the latest addition to their team & branch in Westminster!
Founded back in 2002, this consultancy offers a unique approach in the way they operate as the business is split into three divisions:
1. The Construction Team
2. Traditional Project Management Team
3. Development Management Team
They have another branch in the Northwest of England working on challenging schemes within Prime Residential, Commercial Offices & Industrial sectors with project values ranging from £10M - £100M.
You will need to be willing to be in the office up to four days a week. However, hard work and efforts don’t go unnoticed with a proven track record to reward staff with generous perks such as their:

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
Degree qualified – within a construction-related discipline
Membership of a chartered institute (or working towards) in the construction industry (e.g. RICS)
Well-rounded with pre and post contract experience
Experience within a consultancy environment strongly desirable
Able to work on own initiative
A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills
Experience working in a client-focused environment with a personal commitment to the delivery of excellent client service
Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
Leadership skills - able to provide guidance and advice to junior members in their work and professional development
