Senior Cost Manager - Central London (Liverpool Street)

The Role: Due to an increasing amount of work in the pipeline, they are now looking to further strengthen the team by recruiting a Senior Cost Manager!

Your primary focus will be on Education & Retail projects, managing your own projects with average values ranging from £50k - £10M.

You will be providing a full turnkey service to their clients throughout the whole project lifecycle.

Ideally, they are looking for someone who is already MRICS chartered, or ready to submit.

 

Job Location: Central London (Liverpool Street)

Current Projects: Education, Retail & Residential

 

Requirements for the Senior Cost Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy

  • Chartered (MRICS) – or ready to submit

  • JCT Contract Administration

  • Previous Education & Retail experience (highly desirable)
