Senior Cost Manager - Central London (Liverpool Street)

The Role: Due to an increasing amount of work in the pipeline, they are now looking to further strengthen the team by recruiting a Senior Cost Manager!
Your primary focus will be on Education & Retail projects, managing your own projects with average values ranging from £50k - £10M.
You will be providing a full turnkey service to their clients throughout the whole project lifecycle.
Ideally, they are looking for someone who is already MRICS chartered, or ready to submit.

Requirements for the Senior Cost Manager:
5+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
Chartered (MRICS) – or ready to submit
JCT Contract Administration
Previous Education & Retail experience (highly desirable)
