In March 2020, following the national lockdown, our founder was made redundant. Making the best of a bad situation, he took the leap of faith to start his Prosper Consulting.

At Prosper it is extremely important for all our employees, clients and candidates to feel a sense of independence and control in their lives.

For our employees we have no limit on holidays, no set working hours or locations. We want our employees to have independence and control over their lives.

Similarly, we place high importance to matching our candidates with job roles that provide them with independence and work-life base, whatever that means for the individual.

Recruitment consultants sometimes gain a bad reputation for pushing candidates into job roles to get a quick commission fee. Prosper actively works against this image.

At Prosper, our priority is placing candidates to companies that we know will be a good fit. We adopt and long term vision that means we would rather lose out on a quick deal, than push a candidate into a role that we knew wouldn’t work out in the long run.

As a result of this proven mentality, our clients trust us to place the right candidate to their company. Similarly, our candidates trust is demonstrated by regular recommendations to other candidates within the industry. We have a proven track record within our specialist sector, of Project Managers within Property and Construction Industry, which has been evidenced by a wealth of recommendations from Clients and Candidates.

We have made a conscious decision to recruit for an especially niche sector of the market.

Prosper specifically recruits Project Managers, within the Property and Construction Industry. In regards to location we are currently focused on London and the surrounding areas.

We believe it is of great importance to specialise as it gives us the ability to have a holistic understanding and ability to navigate through a wide and extensive network of professionals within our industry.
