Project Manager - Central London (London Bridge)

The Role: A Project Manager is required to join a growing team in London, based near London Bridge. This represents an excellent client-facing opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility through to final account and post-construction delivery, on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.

Working as part of a close-knit and experienced team, the successful candidate will collaborate directly with clients and design teams, acting as an active partner on end-to-end construction projects through regular site visits.

The role is central to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, whilst maintaining existing client relationships and supporting the expansion into new sectors. This position offers comprehensive exposure to all aspects of project management, including delivery, feasibility, design, tendering, procurement, and contract advice.

 

Office Location: Central London (London Bridge)

Head Count: 30+

Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Commercial Offices, Education and Heritage

 

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • Relevant degree in Construction, Real Estate, Surveying or equivalent

  • 2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)

  • Interested in working towards MRICS OR MCIOB chartership or already qualified

  • Confident in measurement and cost analysis

  • Relevant experience in contract administration (JCT)

  • Experience in commercial offices (ideally)
