Project Manager - Central London (Soho)

The Client: An SME construction consultancy with over 20 years successfully delivering projects for their clients across a range of sectors.

Providing project and programme management, strategic management, quantity surveying and data analysis services.

The Role: As Project Manager, you will work across public and private projects throughout all RIBA stages. Projects range in value from £2.5M to £85M and are located across London and Hampshire.

 

Office Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 40+

Project Sectors: Commercial Offices, Healthcare, Residential & Education

 

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)

  • JCT OR NEC Contract Administration

  • Experience working across all RIBA Stages

  • MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to become so

  • Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
