The Role: You would be working on various projects across London and the surrounding areas in a range of sectors including commercial offices (£200M), hotels (£100M), student accommodation (£50M, private dwellings, life sciences (£50M) and manufacturing.

Requirements for the Project Manager:
3+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)
Experience of delivering projects (any value) from inception to completion
NEC OR JCT Contract Administration
MRICS qualified or ambition to become so
