The Role: You would be working on various projects across London and the surrounding areas in a range of sectors including commercial offices (£200M), hotels (£100M), student accommodation (£50M, private dwellings, life sciences (£50M) and manufacturing.

 

Office Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 1,000+

Project Sectors: Commercial Offices, Hotels, Student Accommodation, Private Dwellings, Life Sciences and Manufacturing

 

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Experience of delivering projects (any value) from inception to completion

  • NEC OR JCT Contract Administration

  • MRICS qualified or ambition to become so
