The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of projects while working with more experienced colleagues to manage strategic matters.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, fit-out, hotels, life sciences through to arts and heritage.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
Preferably hold a professional accreditation in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM etc)
Demonstrate experience leading the day-to-day delivery of construction projects upwards in value of £10M. Including carrying out the role of the Contract Administrator
Demonstrate the ability to manage, lead and support less experienced colleagues
Evidence the capability to identify and pursue, with support, new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for clients
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development of self and others
