(MEP) Senior Quantity Surveyor - Central London (Liverpool Street)
Are you an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor looking for a unique opportunity to join a growing, client-centric consultancy and build towards partnership?
The Client: A personable, niche consultancy, located in Central London with a focus on adding value to their projects & clients.
The company was founded by two Partners who recently left one of the most respected consultancies in the industry, with one of them previously holding a 15% ownership stake in that company!
Their distinctive business model is driven by repeat engagements and referrals from long-standing blue-chip clients, reflecting the strong relationships they’ve cultivated over many years. They are also in advanced discussions regarding a significant £600M scheme anticipated for 2026!
Excitingly, they also have plans to intentionally cap their growth at 20-30 people to maintain their 'best-in-class’ status and foster a collaborative, supportive environment.
The Role: They are looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with the ambition and expertise to become a Partner within the next 4-5 years.
This pivotal role calls for an individual capable of establishing and leading their MEP department. While you would initially be their dedicated MEP surveyor, they anticipate significant growth, with the team projected to expand to 4-5 members over the coming years.
Projects will be in the commercial and residential sectors, primarily London based delivering schemes for their blue-chip clients. Values range between £10M - £600M.
