The Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to lead on a variety of exciting projects! 

‍The initial requirement is delivering X2 projects in Abu Dhabi with a combined value of circa AED 350M.

‍The role will be post-contract focused, including cost plus procurement package reviews and commercial management support.

‍Naturally, they are looking for a strong individual who is comfortable operating closely with the client team. You will of course be provided with the necessary support throughout, including daily check-ins and regular site presence.

‍Project Sectors: Commercial Fit-Out, Commercial Offices, Residential, Education

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • 6+ years’ experience with a property / construction consultancy (ideally)

  • MRICS chartered

  • Previous UAE experience (highly desirable)

  • Experience in one of their listed sectors

  • Good client facing capacity

  • Strong cost-plus contract experience
